Spinach Bacon Quiche

It was adapted from this recipe: Original Recipe

The differences are : 1. I use 5 eggs (this and number 2 help my crust from overflowing)

2. I use 1.5 cups heavy cream

3. I use only 1/2 pound of bacon (a whole lb is too much…i know i know…but eat more on the side)

4. I use frozen spinach (helps get more spinach throughout the quiche)
