Pinterest: FAILS – Blog Challenge Day 24

So, we all know pinterest makes you feel like you can do all types of things.  You can cook, bake, clean, plan a fabulous wedding, be inspirational, get dressed in nice clothes daily, wear makeup, do a perfect manicure, wear fine jewels, have cute kids, own nice cars…and shit.

So sometimes, you get bold and you try stuff you know you don’t have no damn business trying.  Well, I’ve tried a few recipes (only recipes because the kitchen is my lane…clearly) and they have been FAILS.

I have the pics of one:

Peanut Butter Banana Mug Cake

It’s supposed to look like this:

and mine looked like this:

You may be looking like wayment…that looks good.  YES YES…YOUS RIGHT!  But it tasted like falsified hopes and waitlisted dreams.  Peanut butter deserved BETTER than this.

This is why you don’t try to HEALTHIFY dessert.  NOPE.  Eat that sugary goodness and deal later.  Unless you’re diabetical…then don’t do that.  Otherwise, don’t try this mug cake unless you like to disappoint your own soul!!

The other thing I tried:

Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies

You’ve all seen em…looking all perfect and shit like this:

But in REAL LIFE…they make one UNDERDONE peanut butter inedible blob on your baking sheet.  Thank goodness you covered it because otherwise you’d be out of a cheap walmart starter kit baking sheet.  It’s so your fave.  Anyway…make some reg’lah peanut butter cookies.  The difference can’t be that bad right.

ugh!  Don’t let these deter you from trying your fav pinterest thing.  But if you fail…we’ve all been there.  But you probably won’t fail as bad as these folks below.  Check out these buzzfeeds of failed pins!
