Change of Plans

So I had a blog all planned out…but this is not the one i planned.  Also, usually I go to spinning on wednesday and that didn’t happen either.  

However, I did work out.  I did some miles on the bike at my apartments gym and did some weight machines.  I also did a little walking at lunch.   

When I woke up this morning, I decided to hop on the scale just because and I’ve lost 1.2 lbs since Monday.  WHAAATTT?!?! I know it’s because i’m upping my water intake back to where it should be again.  I’m happy!  Tomorrow is my real weigh-in day…I just did Monday because I had to see the results of Philly weekend!  From last week if everything holds I’ve lost 2.2 lbs i think.  

 

We’ll see in the morning.  And maybe I’ll get today’s planned post out tomorrow!
