The 3 Most Important Things for Great Sleep

Sleep is one of the most important things that we do daily.  I’m definitely not a fan of team no sleep.  As a matter of fact I’m not only a member of the Nap Team, I’m the Nap Team Captain.

Sleep is going to be almost 1/3 of your life.  That’s how important it is.  Folks love to say that they’ll sleep when they are dead.  Ok…that’s fine if you want to end up dead sooner.  Not sleeping is shaving time off your busy life.

Well, it’s TRUE!

So, when something stops you fromresting, it’s a problem.  That’s what happened to me when I got sick. Initially, it didn’t bother me as much because the medication I was on usually made me pretty energetic.  However, when I used lower amounts of the meds, the thrill was gone and I needed to go to sleep.

Here are the 3 things that helped me be able to go back to sleep and properly fill up my sleep tank.

Melatonin

This is something that your body naturally makes.  It’s not artificial like a lot of the other sleep aids.  It’s the only one my doctor will let me take.  It works like a charm but I do have to adjust the dosage depending on the day.
